FreakOut Launches in South Korea, Appoints Sangjae Lee as Country Manager

SINGAPORE and SEOUL, South Korea, Feb. 12, 2019 /PRNewswire/ — FreakOut, a global marketing technology company, part of FreakOut Holdings [TSE:6094], has appointed Sangjae Lee to the role of Country Manager, FreakOut South Korea.

Lee brings over 20 years of business development and marketing experience. Before joining FreakOut, Sangjae worked as Country Director, Korea at App Annie helping global enterprises like Samsung and Netmarble succeed in the mobile space. Prior to that, Sangjae spearheaded corporate strategy and advertising at 11st, a major Korean e-commerce platform and held senior leadership positions at Yahoo! and Naver. Sangjae holds an MBA from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.

At FreakOut, Lee will lead and expand FreakOut’s operations in Korea by collaborating with clients, agencies and publishers to address their diverse digital marketing needs and also develop cross-border marketing campaigns for companies targeting global consumers.
