High Court dismisses plea to remove Arvind Kejriwal from post of Delhi CM

On Tuesday Delhi High Court dropped an appeal seeking removal of AAP leader Arvind Kejriwal as Delhi Chief Minister. The petitioner persuades Kejriwal’s dismissal saying he was accused in a case relating to alleged assault of then Delhi Chief Secretary Anshu Prakash. “Prosecution is still going on. He may get acquitted. What will you do then?” the court said.
