NCP promises to open talks with Pakistan in manifesto

The Sharad Pawar-led Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) on Monday released its manifesto for the Lok Sabha polls. In its manifesto, the party has promised that it will “open talks with Pakistan during which it will insist on discussing terrorism”. The NCP has further promised that it will completely waive loans of farmers and promised 33% reservation to women in Parliament.
